Free Oreos

I was in town at lunch time today, and I REALLY had a craving for melba toast, I'm not entirely sure why, so I went on a search for some.
I ended up in Flemings and managed to get some there. On my way down there was a stand there giving out free Oreos as a promotional sort of thing as they were only a €1 for a pack today. I ended up eating 2 and taking one back for Jules.

God I love getting free thins in Supermarkets, its fantastic:)

Only In Ireland can half of the country's Broadband fuck up for 4-5 days and leave them without internet.

House Of Leaves

Today we went to Dublin to the RDS to go to Higher Options.
So Higher Options is basically where you go around different booths looking at what courses colleges have to offer. It was good fun all in all.

We went back into city center after we had looked around and most of them went shopping. I couldn't really afford to go so instead i went to look for books. I met up with Shaunna and we went to Hodges and Figgs where i bought Hedge Knight by George RR Martin, and ordered House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski and The Fairy Godmother : Tale of the Five Hundred by Mercedes Lackley. I also found Bone by Jeff Smith but it was like €35 and i couldn't afford that.

We then crossed the street and went into Waterstones, the reason for this was that I wanted House of Leaves now and would see if i could get it cheaper, it was in Waterstones but it was €25 and i was like yah no, as i had just ordered it for €18.

We casually walked down to O'Connell street as i knew there was another Waterstones and for curiosity sake i wanted to see if i could get it there.
Now i usually go straight in through the Jervis street doors but for some weird reason i decided to go in through M&S.
Which is unusual as i ALWAYS get lost and can never find the exit.
So on our way through, Shaunna said hey look its Noel. And was like who the fuck is Noel.
And she was like MIGHTY BOOSH MIGHTY BOOSH!
So i turned around and there he was, right in the middle of M&S. So she was like :O DOYUOHAVEAPEN???

Me being the geek that I am had a list of books i wanted to check so of course i had a pen. We went over to him and got him to sign the back of an IADT sheet (College i want to go to) and he was super nice and was like "Oh it was so nice to meet you" and very very super nice person.

We carried on anyways and was like ah shit we should have got a photo with him.
We figured he would be gone by then so we went to go get smoothies, and he walked straight past us. We though fuck it we'll go after him and get a picture, like the stalkers that we are. So we caught up with and him and were like "Yeah its us again, can we get a picture?"
He laughed and was like yeah sure :)


All in all it was a pretty good day, i ordered books and met Noel Fielding:D got a picture with him and an autograph:) Huzzah

Things that make me smile

I was inspired to write this as mom just came in with a plate of toast for no reason. I love mom for that <3

Snow makes me smile, theres just something so pretty about it.

Sleepy Hollow evenings make me smile, as winter is approaching the weather gets draker and foggier and colder and gives the illusion of sleepy hollow where I live, as our lane has trees going down it and I love it.

Sunny days.

My vans.

Getting things done.

My room being clean and tidy.

Having a shower and being clean.

Yet Another

While watching a Spanish TV show the other day,(Los Hombres De Paco) as I like to do, I realized that two of the main characters look kind of like two other famous actresses.
The first is Amy Adams.
Amy Adams is on the Right and Marian Aguilera on the Left.


And the second is Jennifer Garner.
Jennifer is on the Left and Laura Sánchez is on the Right:)





What do we think, am I insane or do they show similarities?

Los Hombres De Paco is excellent by the way, Its kinda like CSI but in Spanish, I LOVE it, even though I can't understand what is going on half the time ¬_¬ I need episodes with English Subs.

Guess who is sick again ¬_¬

Yeah that's right, I'm sick, yet again.
I have a pretty nasty cold, which is leaving me stuffed up and unable to sleep, a really sore and swollen throat and blocked sinuses and this all adds up in tonsillitis, as my stupid throat is all swollen and my tonsils are huge >_< Blurg.

It's pretty typical that I'm sick, yet again, when the Blues Festival is on.
I went during the day yesterday which was a bad idea I was there maybe an hour got REALLY cold, sniffily and had to come home, I slept on the couch for about an hour, and then Adam drew me a bath. (<3 him for that) I then spent the rest of the time lay on the couch cuddled into a ball with a nasty headache, nose like a tap and unable to talk.
All you could hear is random groans of pain. I feel better today, but I still feel like shit, if that makes sense. Worse off, because I was in the cold yesterday it didn't help the cold so I now have a cough as well, which is AWFUL with the bad throat.

Anywho, I need to get homework done today >_<

When I get sick I get REALLY sick >_<

Starting school, journals, sharpies.

I started back at school on tuesday.
All in all it was an ok day, I got homework, but that was to be expected. I quite enjoy school really. I have a really nice timetable this year too, which I am incredibly happy about. For a final year its a fantastic timetable.

I was also informed that i had to purchase a school journal. Now usually this journal is like A3 sized its quite a neat tidy thing. This year however its disgustingly large, which is another thing to carry around, and I am not impressed. I will put up a picture when i can be bothered.

I was invited to My Best Guy friends Debs, which is like Prom I suppose, on tuesday night, i have loads of pictures, Shell has my camera though so I will upload later. It was a fantastic night, had a few drinks, Donna kept hugging and kissing me, that was hilarious, I danced, i sang to Muse (Which James Requested) I lost my voice and got home at about half 4 it was fantastic.

I ended up not going to school the next day as i fell asleep and didn't wake up until 4pm ¬_¬

Today i was at school, again a nice enough day, and I have Just done my homework and had a shower.

Oh and i bought some new sharpies today and I may or may not have had a slight bit too much fun with them, toilet rolls, paper and body parts are no longer safe from me ¬_¬ Espicially my own, I also may or may not have drawn all over my hand with blue and purple sharpies and spent 20 minutes in the shower attempting to rub it off.

Nail polish remover works a charm ;)


Anywho i will post pictures and junk later <3
